Join Takeda as a the Global Talent Acquisition Enablement Lead, Americas at the Senior Manager level in Lexington, MA. Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Enablement, and as a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence & Innovation (TA COEI), this individual will be responsible for fostering connectivity across the Americans region (North America & South America) for the Talent Acquisition community. This includes increasing organizational performance, process optimization, training and effective decision making. Will partner with embedded Talent Acquisition teams and cross-functional partners including Benefits, Compensation, Global Mobility, HR Business Technology, Legal, PAG (People Advisory Group) and Procurement.
How you will contribute:

  • Lead Regional TA Enablement for the Americas region including facilitation of regional TA Community of Practice (CoP) meetings, TA training, process and governance, local and regional TA audits, Workday and TA technology stack updates and problem solving, reporting and general TA operational needs.
  • Collaborate in the upkeep and maintenance of the TA Resource Hub site.
  • Responsible for ongoing updates to the Dynamic Interview guide including translations and ensuring regional adoption.
  • Responsible for accurate records and reports of TA activities and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison for key stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience for candidates (internal & external), hiring managers, interview team members and TA.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and country employment laws.
  • Continuously look to improve the recruitment process by identifying inefficiencies and recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Train recruiters and hiring managers on best practices, processes, and tools for compliant and best-in-class recruiting.
  • Accountable for leading regional and global key TA Enablement projects by establishing a charter, identifying team members, monitoring progress towards goals, ensuring follow-through on the part of relevant stakeholders and vendors, and sustaining momentum needed to drive these initiatives to successful launch.
  • Engage, build, and cultivate strong connectivity across Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between TA teams and cross-functional partners regarding TA Enablement strategic planning, project updates, meetings, and proposals.
  • Manage indirect resources to support projects and programs.
  • Will also provide cross-functional coverage to the EMEA and APAC regions, as needed


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in TA / HR; direct experience in TA Ops / HR Ops strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity while operating in a global, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated consultation skills with all levels of leadership across the organization, including expertise in cross-functional collaboration and partnership.
  • Ability to think and act strategically while continually maintaining focus on delivering operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to retain and convey information to multiple stakeholders in a concise, effective, and time-sensitive manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
  • Digitally savvy
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must work independently and be personally motivated.

U.S. Base Salary Range:
Kristin Test
$133,000.00 - $228,000.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
