The role:

As a Global Support Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:

• Run engineering models to generate performance estimates and recommendations for optimisation.

• Data processing and data analysis to ensure we are extracting as much knowledge as possible from the data we have available; working within existing frameworks and procedures

• Prepare technical reports to be shared with customers to describe performance of their catalyst/absorbent over time and provide recommendations on how to optimise further.

• Feed technical information back into the business to enable JM to enhance product offering ensuring that tasks are prioritised appropriately and dynamically to support the regional teams around the globe and deadlines are met to support business and customer needs.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering

• 1-2 years’ experience in a Chemical Engineering/data processing/modelling role

• Detailed experience of running chemical engineering models and data processing

• Proficient written and spoken English communication skills
