- Develop a deep technical understanding of our database product and its operational mechanisms.
- Work alongside global support engineers to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-facing tickets.
- Help manage and prioritize incoming support requests from our global customers.
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to address product bugs and improvements.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Have basic understanding of Operating System, Networking, Database, Cloud Technology.
- A strong desire to learn about database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc).
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative spirit.
- Proactive attitude and a high sense of responsibility.
