Job Description:
The Objective of the Global Supply Chain Planning CoE is to create the right conditions E2E for every Market, distribution center, factory network, or standalone facilities to plan and organize their SC to fulfill customers service and expectation, to ensure business success today & tomorrow.
What will be your key responsibilities?- The Senior Supply Planning Business Process Owner role, within the Global SC Planning COE, is accountable for managing and developing the necessary transformation in the area of Supply Planning, that includes Network Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning & Distribution Planning as well as Master Production Scheduling.
- He/She owns the supply planning capability (MARS definition) meaning owning Processes, Tools, Roles and Responsibilities, Culture and Skills & Competencies. Builds trust and ownership with communities of practices. Leads change management In the evolution or the transformation of the processes.
- Continuously improves capabilities and knowledge of the Supply Planning community. The job holder will drive a mutual and effective agenda to define and develop the Best in Class Standards and execution in the area of Planning.
- Finally, He/She will support business transformation within the scope of this role at global level and be responsible to integrate and maintain knowledge in this area. He/She collaborates with the other members of the COE to provide a seamless SCPlanning Experiencee to users across Royal Canin.
- University degree (Master)
- 10 Years’ experience in Supply Chain minimum with Specialization in Planning or APICS
- Demonstrated Strong Leadership – Change agent skilled to drive mindset program through indirect control and influence
- Sound interpersonal skills enabling the incumbent to work effectively within cross-functional Teams and external suppliers
