About the role
You’ll be supporting the Global Outsourced Procurement team.
- Support end-to-end procurement processes for indirect and direct materials
- Prepare comprehensive bid packs, analyze cost structures, and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Operations) to gather and coordinate procurement requirements and specifications
- Liaise with global suppliers to clarify bid pack requirements, manage quotation submissions, and ensure timelines are met
- Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve best-value outcomes
- Monitor and track S&A (Sales & Administration) part costs, report variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records in accordance with company policies
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and global sourcing best practices

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
