Position Overview
We are looking for a data analytics professional with more than 4 years experience to strengthen our Global Supply Chain Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a customer‑oriented, business‑partner mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for global stakeholders. You will lead and deliver advanced analytics solutions and enable data-driven decision-making across regions and business units.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of analytics projects that support global Supply Chain operations, from initial concept through final delivery.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, PowerApps for user input collection, analytics models, and data products that help business teams make faster, insight‑driven decisions while streamlining and automating processes.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain leaders, planners, and cross‑functional partners to identify business challenges and proactively translate them into analytics solutions.
- Collect, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets to generate predictive and prescriptive insights using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical or machine learning techniques.
- Drive analytics adoption by delivering clear communication, training, and storytelling tailored to different audiences.
- Support continuous improvement of data quality, governance, and optimization across our Supply Chain Network Footprint.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Excel (including Power Query, advanced formulas, modeling)
- Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate (DAX, Power Query M, Power
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- SQL (complex queries, performance optimization)
- Python (data manipulation, ML libraries, automation)
- Proven track record delivering analytics projects with Machine Learning components
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (planning, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, …).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to act as a trusted business partner to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong drive for innovation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
