To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Global SQE located in Shanghai/Shenzhen.

Reporting to the Global SQE Manager, the Global SQE role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• Supplier quality control, annual audit/QBR review /PCN review
• Supply chain localization support
• Rigorous evaluation of supplier selection and qualification (Quality Perspective)
• Clear expectations conveyed from material selection up to mass production status
• Conducting consistent audits and performance reviews to monitor supplier output and adherence to standards
• Helps identify and address potential issues with suppliers early to prevent disruptions, recalls, and costly errors in the supply chain
• Ensures materials, components, and services consistently meet predefined quality standards and customer expectations

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Educational : Bachelor's degree or higher, majority in Quality Management, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields preferred.
• Communication: Proficiency in English is required. 
• Commodity knowledges:  Want material specialists in each of these example areas (can be once person for multiple areas).  Ideally the candidate would have held a quality role while working for a company selling one of these commodities.  However if they have a lot of SQE experience dealing with these commodities then that could be OK too.
• Sub-part/materials knowledges of Power Supply Products/Battery backup unit in AI data center (Example: Capacitors, resistors, IC MOSFETs, Mechanical(Meatal chassis/Heatsink), DC fan and Transformer/Magnetic etc.)
• Including their process flows, process quality control and quality standards.
• Work Experience: Want higher experience, Maybe 10 years of experience.
• Job Skills: Proficient in ISO9001, IATF16949, and other quality management systems, skilled in 8D, Why-why, SPC, FMEA, APQP, CIP and other quality management tools. 
• Communication and Coordination: Strong cross-departmental communication skills, capable of collaborating with suppliers, R&D, MFG site & NPI and other departments to resolve quality issues. Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving abilities to handle complex quality challenges.
• Additional Requirements: Diligent and responsible work ethic, able to endure hardship, adaptable to business trips. Proficient in office software
