Procurement Team Lead
Do you want to play a key role in building a smarter, more sustainable global supply base for ABB?
We are now looking for a Global Supplier Base Manager to lead strategic Procurement & Logistics initiatives within ABB PA Process Control Platforms. In this role, you will shape the long-term direction of our supplier ecosystem — from qualification and optimization to supplier development, new tool deployment, continuous improvement and material compliance.
You will work in a truly global environment and collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Legal, Sales and our supplier partners worldwide. Your work will directly contribute to secure, efficient and future-ready supply chains that enable ABB to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to our customers.

Your role and responsibilities
Analyse and take actions, that we have an optimized and qualified supply base.
Track qualification coverage.
Supervise and optimize the local PCP SAP systems in regards that they only contain qualified suppliers.
Identifying and driving continuous process improvement within Procurement & Logistics and with suppliers.
Work closely with the P&L category managers and sourcing specialist in selecting new suppliers.
Work closely to develop and implementing the sustainability strategy with the sustainability managers.
Qualifications for the role
5+ years of experience Supply Chain Management.
Experience in project management.
Above average skills in data analysis.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, Swedish and English.
Technical Proficiency – knowledge of ABB’s business.
A curious, critical thinker, with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to resolve complex issues in creative and efficient ways.
