Are you a strategic, commercially driven sales leader who thrives in complex global environments? Do you know how to influence executive stakeholders, unlock growth, and win large-scale deals across global accounts?

We’re looking for a Global Strategic Account Manager (GSAM) to own and grow some of our most critical data centre clients—driving long-term partnerships, pipeline growth, and multi-million dollar opportunities.

What you’ll do

Shape and Execute Global Account Strategy

  • Own and lead annual account planning, identifying growth and “hunt” opportunities

  • Build deep relationships with senior and executive stakeholders

  • Align global teams behind a clear customer strategy and growth ambition

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Build and convert a strong global pipeline of opportunities

  • Lead deal strategy, proposal development, and negotiations

  • Identify and unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities across solutions

Lead Cross-Functional Execution

  • Orchestrate regional sales, technical, and product teams

  • Remove roadblocks and mobilise resources to win and deliver

  • Align demand planning, capacity, and execution across markets

Be the Voice of the Customer

  • Provide strategic insights to influence product innovation and roadmap

  • Highlight competitive dynamics and customer pain points

Operate at Executive Level

  • Strong track record of winning complex, high-value deals

  • Ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders

  • Experience working across regions and cross-functional teams

  • Commercial acumen with strong pipeline, forecasting, and deal leadership skills

  • Background in data centres, infrastructure, or complex B2B solutions (preferred)
