We’re looking for a Global Strategic Account Manager (GSAM) to own and grow some of our most critical data centre clients—driving long-term partnerships, pipeline growth, and multi-million dollar opportunities.

Lead global account plans and executive relationships

What you’ll do
Shape and Execute Global Account Strategy
Own and lead annual account planning, identifying growth and “hunt” opportunities
Build deep relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
Align global teams behind a clear customer strategy and growth ambition
Drive Revenue Growth
Build and convert a strong global pipeline of opportunities
Lead deal strategy, proposal development, and negotiations
Identify and unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities across solutions
Lead Cross-Functional Execution
Orchestrate regional sales, technical, and product teams
Remove roadblocks and mobilise resources to win and deliver
Align demand planning, capacity, and execution across markets
Be the Voice of the Customer
Provide strategic insights to influence product innovation and roadmap

Operate at Executive Level
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers and internally

What you bring
Proven experience managing large, strategic or global accounts
Strong track record of winning complex, high-value deals
Ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders
Experience working across regions and cross-functional teams
Commercial acumen with strong pipeline, forecasting, and deal leadership skills
Background in data centres, infrastructure, or complex B2B solutions (preferred)
