- Executive Support (50%)
- Providing exceptional administrative support through complex scheduling and calendar management across multiple regions and time zones
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including multi-leg itineraries subject to continuous changes
- Preparing agendas, meeting minutes, pre-reads, and presentation materials for key meetings
- Managing correspondence and ensuring timely follow-up on action items
- Organizing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops, offsites, and in-person gatherings
- Ensuring alignment and clear communication across internal stakeholders and teams
- Maintaining an organized and efficient office rhythm for the VP, anticipating needs and proactively smoothing workflows
- COE Program Coordination (50%)
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of COE-led initiatives, including global standards development.
- Managing meeting cadences for COE workstreams, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, action item tracking, and follow-through
- Coordinating cross-regional alignment sessions with NAM, EMEA, APAC, and Greater China partners
- Supporting version control, documentation organization, and distribution of COE materials, briefs, and toolkits
- Using project management tools to maintain trackers, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Formatting presentations, summaries, and supporting documents used in global leadership discussions
- Collaborating with functional SMEs to ensure clear communication, accurate updates, and smooth execution of COE activities
- Supporting the operational rhythm of the COE, ensuring consistency, alignment, and accessibility of global standards work

Are you our next Global Standards Lead & Executive Assistant?
- You have 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior coordination experience supporting senior leaders (ideally executive-level leaders) in a fast‑paced and, multi‑country environment
- Bring a background in Retail COE ideally, global standards, or cross‑regional program coordination
- Are highly organized, detail‑obsessed, and energized by complex workflows
- Communicate with clarity, confidence, and cultural awareness
- Adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy solving problems before they escalate
