ANNUAL SALARY: $129,600 - $145,800, bonus and long-term incentive eligible
LOCATION: CSO - New York
ROLE SUMMARY: Work with a highly dynamic and high-performing team, who will perform internal audit projects across Zone North America and on a global level, reviewing all areas of the organization to provide assurance and to solve real business problems, understand underlying processes and make recommendations to add value to the business, and minimize enterprise risk.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate and/or lead agile project teams in reviews and internal audit projects
- Collaborate with business teams cross functionally to assess complex business issues, map processes, and identify business risks and opportunities
- Leverage data analytics to monitor risks in a continuous and sustainable way
- Set up impactful action plans to mitigate unveiled risks and help the team to follow up on action plan implementation
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree Required (preferably Accountant, Business Administration, Economics or similar)
- Good communicator, capable of clearly describing complex problems and recommend solutions to cross functional teams (both orally and in writing) Fluent in English
- Problem-solving mindset to help the team find the root cause of complex business problems in a sustainable way
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with data
- Agile Project Management Skills
- Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
