Purpose of the role
SPC team manages issuing pricing quotes for Complex Dimension cargo. The team manages booking creation & Amendments for customer. The role will help us enhance customer experience create visibility on OOG Quoting performance.
You will be Responsible for:
- Creating ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments based on customer requests.
- Coordinating with terminals and Sales teams to ensure faster quote turnaround.
- Acting as a point of contact for managing customer quoting requests.
- Ensuring timely action on customer requests to enhance overall customer experience.
- Managing TAT and maintaining quality standards in the quoting process.
- Identifying customer-specific improvement areas for end-to-end enhancement and auto-quoting opportunities.
- Developing solutions to drive improvements in the quoting process.
- Providing analysis and conclusions to support process-related decisions.
Qualifications
- Having 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Good Understanding of Pricing & Quoting process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
