Join Ramboll's Global Business Integrity & Compliance function as our new Global Speak Up Manager and play a key role in safeguarding integrity, trust, and ethical conduct across a leading international company.

This is a highly visible position for an experienced lawyer who thrives at the intersection of law, investigations, ethics, governance, and stakeholder management. You will have significant responsibility and independence in handling complex and sensitive matters, advising senior stakeholders, and contributing to the continued development of Ramboll's global Speak Up programme and broader integrity framework.

Working in a truly international environment, you will engage with colleagues across jurisdictions, cultures, and business areas, applying sound legal judgement to issues that often involve significant legal, ethical, reputational, and people-related considerations.

At Ramboll, we believe that attracting and retaining exceptional talent requires continuous development. You will be part of a highly professional and collaborative team, where expertise is valued, integrity is paramount, and personal and professional growth are actively supported.

We are looking for a seasoned legal professional with the experience, judgement, and credibility to navigate complex matters, build trusted relationships, and contribute to a culture where employees feel safe to raise concerns and where ethical conduct remains central to how we do business.

  • A legal background as a qualified attorney, with substantial experience handling a broad range of cases/legal areas, investigations, or other sensitive conduct matters.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to assess complex information with attention to detail.
  • A structured, proactive, and systematic approach, with the ability to prioritize and ensure progress across several matters at the same time.
  • High integrity, discretion, and confidence in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written legal/corporate English.
  • The ability to engage professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels and across different professional backgrounds and cultures.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, flexible, and curious mindset, with motivation to develop professionally in a dynamic global environment.

Do you want to push the boundaries of your profession and develop your expertise in an open, collaborative, and empowering culture?

At Ramboll, we work to create a sustainable future through inspiring projects and innovative solutions that help shape societies around the world. You will join a leading global consultancy with approximately 18,000 employees across more than 300 offices in over 35 countries, bringing together diverse expertise to solve complex challenges for our clients. Together, we create sustainable change and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people worldwide.

You will join our Global Business Integrity Function

You will report to the Head of Speak Up Function — a small and dedicated group of professionals who enjoy working together to conduct independent and impartial investigations into Speak Up concerns and other sensitive conduct matters. We take pride in a team culture built on collaboration, mutual respect, a positive atmosphere, and a good sense of humor. Together, we are driven by a shared commitment to supporting Ramboll’s global business and contributing to an open, ethical, and trustworthy workplace culture.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct and support investigations into concerns reported through Ramboll’s Whistleblower programme and other sensitive conduct matters, including stakeholder management and case planning.
  • Handle inquiries from employees to the Global Speak Up Team in a professional, confidential, and timely manner.
  • Assess and address legal, compliance, and conduct-related risks arising from investigations.
  • Monitor developments in whistleblower legislation and related regulatory requirements in the countries where Ramboll operates.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal policies, procedures, guidance, and tools supporting the Whistleblower programme.
  • Prepare presentations and conduct training and awareness sessions across Ramboll’s global organisation.
  • Ensure accurate case documentation, structured follow-up, and high-quality handling of Speak Up matters.
