The Role:
As a Sr Sourcing Deputy, you will play a crucial role in executing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost efficiencies. The focus will be on strategic sourcing and supplier management, including negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
Your Contribution:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objective

- Gathering and analyzing information about the market, including competitors, customers, trends and products

- Manage sourcing and procurement for electronic components.
- Oversee supplier management and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Lead new supplier selection and vendor management.
- Responsible for cost negotiations, drive cost reduction strategies and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide market trend analysis; provide supplier roadmap and market trend & analysis to internal customers on regular basis
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation strategies are in place, work on long term component capacity planning and identifying sourcing bottlenecks
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 6-8 years of sourcing experience, especially in electronic components.
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work globally across regions (US, EMEA, AP).
- Experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement.
- Ability to understand market drivers and cost structures.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proven track record in supplier and cost management.
- Knowledge of financial analysis related to sourcing.


Work Location and Model:

At Logitech, we empower global collaboration by providing a flexible hybrid work model. Depending on the role and team needs, this may include working remotely, on-premises, or a blend of both.


This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at our San Jose, CA office 2–3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.


Compensation:

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 116,000 and $ 152,000.In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
