The Corporate Services & Indirect Procurement Specialist is responsible for leading sourcing strategy, supplier management, and contract lifecycle execution across a broad portfolio that includes IT, Cybersecurity, Software, Hardware, Logistics, Professional Services, Facilities, MRO, Travel, and other indirect categories. The role requires a multidisciplinary procurement leader capable of supporting both technical (IT/cyber) and operational (logistics/facilities) domains, while driving process efficiencies, digital transformation, and next-generation procurement capabilities.
This role is critical to supporting onsemi’s evolving operational and digital transformation goals. By managing multi‑category indirect spend, driving innovation, improving processes, and enhancing global supplier relationships, the Corporate Services & Indirect Procurement Manager enables improved cost structure, operational continuity, and long‑term enterprise value. This role will be based in our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ
ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and leverage opportunities in the procurement of indirect services.
Contract Management: Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to renewal or termination.
Policy Development: Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Sustainability: Promote sustainable sourcing practices and contribute to the company’s sustainability goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, including Direct Materials, IT and Non‑IT categories.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, supply chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience negotiating contracts in different business spaces, such as electronic components, services, software, SaaS, cybersecurity, and IT.
- Demonstrated success managing suppliers and driving cost savings across diverse categories.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using procurement systems and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
Peferred:
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- CPSM, CSCP, or similar procurement certification.
- Experience in semiconductor, health, automotive, industrial, or high‑tech industries.
- Global sourcing experience, including tax, logistics, brokerage, and cross‑regional supplier management.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven procurement, automation technologies, and contract intelligence tools. i.e. Coupa eSourcing or similar, Power Bi, Tableau, etc.
