KONE People and Communications Operations Development is a function within KONE Global People and Communications function focused on developing HR Processes, tools, analytics capabilities and employee experience at KONE. KONE Operations Development function is working closely with KONE P&C colleagues around the world as well as key KONE business stakeholders and functions.

We are now looking for a

Global Solutions Specialist, Talent and Culture

to join our Talent & Culture and Learning & Development Solutions team.

Main responsibilities

  • Development and configuration of global Talent & Culture Solutions according to Global Talent & Culture Center of Expertise requirements

  • With guidance from Global T&C CoE and T&C and L&D Functional Lead create and maintain solutions development roadmap for Talent & Culture

  • Drive continuous improvement of T&C global solutions with focus on end-user experience

  • Actively contribute to the design of T&C process improvements in Workday and other global T&C tools. Implement and document agreed changes

  • Evaluate, plan and implement system release items in T&C area

  • Act as technical configuration owner in T&C global solutions projects: implement agreed changes, owner of testing plan, test scenarios and testing coordination, deliver training, create and update solutions documentation

  • Execute, develop, test and maintain Talent & Culture annual processes in global systems

  • Provide guidance and audit the correct usage of Workday and other global T&C tools within own responsibility area

  • Provide global level support for Talent & culture solutions cases (EIB uploads, development requests, issues or bugs, general questions related to functional area)

  • Create & deliver process related demos and training materials and presentations for P&C Services and other key stakeholders

  • Closely collaborate with other functional areas Global Solutions Specialists, IT and other stakeholders.

Requirements for the role:

  • Demonstrated knowledge in modern cloud-based HR technologies and HR people processes

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Solid experience with HR technology platforms (e.g. Workday Recruiting and Talent modules)

  • Interest in technology development

  • Experience in working in international environment

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Result oriented mindset and curious mind

  • Attention to details

  • Excellence in taking initiative and openness to new ideas

  • Ability to facilitate trainings and create training materials

  • Strong collaboration skills and co-operative mindset
