Responsibilities:
- Participate in the solution design and implementation of core and emerging products
- Partner closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the product architecture, APIs, features, and how they map to partner needs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current systems, and define a commercial strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Act as a thought leader in payment technologies, providing insights on trends, methodologies, and advancements in the field.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on Payment capabilities and implementation strategies.
- Partner closely with commercial teams to ensure all technical issues are making progress, blockers are being addressed, and resolutions are happening to ensure seamless communication and build customer trust.
- Communicate pain points and feedback from partners with product development teams to enhance our solutions and overall partner experience
Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a technical sales context.
- Confidence working with customers and proposing on architectures and driving business outcomes to all levels
- Experience in the entire lifecycle from gathering and understanding business requirements to design to technology evaluation to pilot program to implementation to production maintenance and support
- In-depth knowledge of payment or gaming solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
