Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Global SEO Content Specialist to join our Web and SEO team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning content performance across our website, ensuring English-language content meets Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) best practices and delivers measurable business impact.You will be a core contributor on a high-impact team that partners closely with internal product owners and global leaders to strengthen search visibility and support business growth.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Execute SEO and content strategies by creating, optimizing, and maintaining content briefs and on-page updates to improve organic visibility across key solution areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams, product owners, and country leaders to identify content gaps and translate performance data into actionable recommendations that improve our web presence.
- Ensure all digital content complies with Iron Mountain brand, legal, and regulatory standards while maintaining high editorial quality through human review of Artificial Intelligence (AI) supported drafts.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Several years of experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and content development, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Semrush.
- Proven ability in keyword research and performance analysis, with the skill to turn search insights into content that aligns with user intent.Professional-standard English writing and editing skills, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
