The Global Senior Solution Engineer for SAP transport management is responsible for overseeing and managing the SAP transport landscape across multiple systems (e.g., DEV, QA, PROD). This role ensures the controlled, secure, and efficient movement of SAP objects and changes, supporting system stability, compliance, and release management processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to
Transport Management
- Manage the SAP Transport Management and Release Management across the system landscape
- Coordinate and control all transport requests, including imports and exports
- Ensure transports are migrated between environments following defined procedures
- Monitor transport queues and resolve transport-related errors or conflicts
- Schedule transports according to release windows and business priorities
- Support emergency transport handling and production fixes
Quality & Compliance
- Enforce transport governance, naming conventions, and documentation standards
- Ensure segregation of duties and audit compliance in transport activities
- Maintain logs and documentation for audit readiness
- Support internal and external audits related to SAP changes
Process Improvement
- Optimize transport workflows and automation
- Implement best practices for SAP transport management
- Support implementation of tools such as SAP ChaRM, CTS+, or third-party solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in SAP operations
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Fluent English required (oral and written).
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Transport Management System (TMS)
- Experience with SAP Basis administration and CHARM (Change Request Management) in SAP Solution Manager
- Understanding of CTS / CTS+ and dual-track landscapes
- Experience with SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.)
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP, SOX compliance)
