Reports to: Global Compensation Programs and Analytics Manager.
Job Purpose:
Supports the design, analysis and administration of AVEVA’s global compensation programs. Managing large amounts of sensitive compensation data, interprets and translates complex analysis into clear actionable items. Conducts comprehensive market pricing and pay gap analyses, produces detailed reports on compensation trends and ensures compliance with ESG reporting standards. Working closely with People Tech, maintains compensation tables updated in Workday as well as our internal CompAnalyst platforms. This role’s responsibilities contribute to the insights that drive equitable and competitive compensation practices across the organization.
Main Duties of the Role:

Provides analytical expertise and support to the Compensation team to ensure timely and efficient data analysis and reporting.

Analyses and provides insights into pay structures, fixed and variable pay, allowances and overall compensation costs across different regions.

Conducts detailed pay gap analyses to identify disparities in compensation based on gender, race, and other diversity metrics. In partnership with the broader People Team, may develop actionable recommendations to address any identified gaps and ensure pay equity across the organization.

Performs market pricing analyses to compare the organization's compensation levels with industry benchmarks. Utilizes survey data and other resources to ensure competitive compensation packages for all roles and regions.

Supports Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives by preparing and analyzing compensation-related data for ESG reporting. Ensures compliance with global standards and reporting requirements.

Participates in the configuration of CompAnalyst platform, uploading data and ensuring integration with Workday is implemented and troubleshooted as needed.

Maintains salary tables in different platforms and seeks opportunities for automation.

Ensures compliance with international compensation regulations and reporting requirements. Prepares necessary documentation and reports to meet legal obligations and support audits.

Creates and delivers ad-hoc compensation reports and analyses as requested by leadership. Provides data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

As part of the Global Compensation Team, may take an active role in supporting annual compensation cycles.

Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

5+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years in Compensation, Human Resources or Finance.

Proven experience analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and drawing meaningful conclusions with a meticulous attention to detail.

Previous experience working with HRIS Systems (Workday) and/or Compensation software (CompAnalyst) highly preferred.

Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
