Job Description
This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a Project Management Analyst, you will deliver projects that enhance functionality and reporting provided by existing retail and corporate reporting platforms. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery following the Project Life Cycle. You will partner with key business and technology partners to analyze business/operational processes, identify business and operational requirements, oversee technology build, manage user testing, and coordinate solution implementation.
Job responsibilities
- End-to-end support of multiple project designs and assist in the development and construction of coordination plans from elevation floor plans to target designs
- Collaborate with sub-working groups to maintain deadlines and data frequencies
- Assist key working groups or team leaders with daily operations in various extents
- Partner with Structural Cabling Engineers, Architects, PM Companies, and Security experts to uphold company standards by applying problem-solving skills and analytical critical thinking
- Support Subject Matter Experts with new concepts, techniques, and challenges
- Develop expertise levels of defined security requirements
- Day-to-day maintenance of project plans, database and software development, with the occasional presentation of project status reports / updates to the organization and senior management; Provide project or business analysis support as necessary on other projects
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Engineer/Architect with 3+ years of project management work experience
- Experience in developing or interpreting project floor plans and security system layouts
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to drive decision making
- Familiar with software such as Jira, PMWeb and ServiceNow
- Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership, and accountability
- Effective interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and partner with key stakeholders to help advance project agenda
- Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam design systems, AutoCAD is a plus
- Able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
