About The Job
You will be joining our strong global sales team responsible for food decanter centrifuges, based in Søborg, where a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is key.
The role will focus on driving and supporting our sales companies in developing strategic, tactical, and operational sales plans to secure and generate leads for both new and established food-related applications in defined regions for the owned applications.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Collaborate closely with sales offices to identify opportunities, conduct market research, and engage with potential clients.
- Provide technical expertise to drive sales growth and meet targets effectively.
- Lead commercial discussions and ensure smooth transitions from lead to sale.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients for project progression.
- Offer technical assistance and guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Process & Application (P&A) community to address technical inquiries and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Implement and enforce standardized processes to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Engage actively in developing and testing new applications and technologies.
- Collaborate with P&A owners and cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and contribute to product enhancement.
The preferred location is Copenhagen, Denmark, but other locations may be considered for the right candidate.
What you know
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering, along with several years of experience in food-related industries. Ideally, you will have knowledge of one or more of the following industries: Protein, Fats & Oils, or Beverages. The role requires a strong combination of technical and commercial expertise.
You can recognize yourself in performing a job which requires you to work independently and with great customer focus. Having experience on food applications and processes is a benefit. You have a proven track record of products and technology understand and you are fluent in English. Additionally, expect to travel for about 50 to 90 days per year.
