About the Role:
As an intern on the Global Sales Programs team, you'll play an active role in supporting the Sales Development and Corporate Sales Organizations through meaningful, hands-on projects. Our team drives strategic programs focused on culture, recognition, and process improvement — and interns are an integral part of how we make that happen. You'll contribute to the facilitation of our broader Global Sales Excellence Internship program, gaining real-world experience in program coordination, event planning, and stakeholder management. This is an opportunity to develop professionally, collaborate cross-functionally, and make a tangible impact from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Global Sales Programs team with facilitating the broader Global Sales Excellence Internship Program, contributing to a best-in-class intern experience
- Coordinate and support guest speaker engagements, including logistics and day-of facilitation
- Help plan and execute team building activities and recognition initiatives for the GSE Internship Program
- Collaborate on projects that support the Sales Development and Corporate Sales Organizations
- Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance team efficiency and culture
- Gain exposure to strategic program development and cross-functional collaboration
What You’ll Need:
- A rising Junior graduating between December 2028 and June 2029
- Pursuing a Business / Marketing / Communications / Project Management Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps
- Superb attention to detail and experience building polished presentations in PowerPoint of Google Slides
- Resourceful, proactive, ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, strong team contributor, with the ability to adapt efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
