Let’s start with the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Operations Manager to join our fast-growing sales team within the online betting and gaming industry. As the Global Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance by optimizing sales processes, managing data analytics, and supporting our sales teams, including internal and outsourced sales reps across multiple markets. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our sales strategy. 

As a Global Sales Operations Manager, you will:

 

  • Optimize Sales Processes: 
    Design, implement, and refine sales processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal and outsourced sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals;
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting: 
    Analyze sales performance data across markets, generating insights and actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, deposit amounts, and overall sales impact;
  • Sales Tools and Systems Management: 
    Oversee the implementation, use, and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools, ensuring accurate data flow between internal data sources and sales platforms;
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: 
    Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, CRM, and Marketing teams to align sales operations with broader company initiatives and customer journey improvements;
  • BPO Relationship Management: 
    Support the management of BPO partners by monitoring performance metrics, ensuring quality control, and implementing corrective actions when necessary;
  • Sales Strategy Support: 
    Assist in developing sales strategies, bonus schemes, and targets that align with business goals, focusing on driving incremental value from sales activities;
  • Training and Onboarding: 
    Develop and manage training programs to upskill sales teams on processes, tools, and performance improvement techniques;
  • Data Quality and Compliance: 
    Ensure data integrity within sales systems, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Data Analytics, or a related field;
  • Sales Operations or Project Management certifications or equivalent experience (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and familiarity with SQL is an advantage;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or similar role, preferably within a digital sales environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Attention to detail, proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for driving results through data-driven insights.
