Job Description

Global S2P Exceptions Process Transformation Team will be responsible for overseeing and managing process related to exceptions in the source-to-pay (S2P) cycle. This involves project related aspects, such as: mapping, analyzing, transforming pre-defined exception processes as well as daily operational process management and monitoring, post transformation phase.
The objectives / purpose of the role:

  • Continuous optimization, harmonization and transformation of the processes related to exceptions in the source-to-pay (S2P) cycle to gain efficiency and minimize related risks
  • Operational process execution and constant monitoring, post transformation phase
  • Maintaining relations with various stakeholders, such as procurement teams, finance departments, and suppliers to address expectations and transform exceptions effectively


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support mapping, harmonizing and transforming non-standard processes in the source-to-pay (S2P) cycle, globally
  • Oversee and ensure efficient payment processing within identified source-to-pay (S2P) non-standard process - being responsible for both daily operational aspects of the payment execution and process monitoring, as well as for the related issue and escalation management
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Team and other TBS teams to actively seek opportunities in transforming identified exceptions in the source-to-pay (S2P) cycle
  • Maintain relations with the external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, procurement, business) to effectively manage the expectations.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in preferably in finance/accounting/economics
  • +3 years of experience in Finance / AP with a thorough knowledge of accounting and business processes
  • Experience of working in International shared services environment in Procurement/Finance area
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking, positive approach
  • Fluent in English
