- Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, and compensation analyses to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with Arxada’s job architecture and salary structures
- Support the design, administration, communication, and governance of global compensation programs, policies, and processes, including annual merit and incentive planning cycles
- Develop compensation analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting that provide actionable insights and support informed business decisions
- Lead pay equity and compensation governance activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and global compensation standards
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to provide consultation, training, and guidance on compensation-related topics and recommendations
- Participate in global compensation surveys, market pricing initiatives, and compensation projects aimed at enhancing program effectiveness and maintaining market competitiveness
- Support global mobility programs through vendor management, compliance oversight, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process standardization, automation, system enhancements, and cross-functional project participation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience supporting global compensation programs in an analyst or consultant capacity
- Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, market pricing methodologies, compensation governance, and relevant regulations
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into recommendations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global organization
- Experience working with compensation surveys, market benchmarking, compensation systems, and HR technology platforms
- Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required
