Description
As a Total Rewards Partner for Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's compensation and benefits strategy. You will collaborate closely with local leadership, local HR and the global Total Rewards team to design, implement, and manage comprehensive rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate our talent. Job Scope Summary
- Lead the local proposals and implementation of strategic compensation and benefits initiatives, in partnership with the global Total Rewards team.
- Conduct local market analysis and benchmarking and recommend actions to global rewards team accordingly.
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop innovative rewards solutions that support our business objectives.
- Provide expertise and guidance on compensation structures, incentive programs, benefits programs, and performance management strategies
- Partner with corporate benefits on country Benefits website content and maintenance, as well as knowledge base for self-service search tools, and customer service center.
- Provide proactive education and counsel to HR Partners, local leaders and Talent Acquisition regarding all compensation and benefits issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and rollout of rewards programs, including training and support for managers and employees.
- Support M & A activities related to benefits and compensation.
- Establish solid working relationships with the local broker and vendors to stay abreast of market trends and ensure that Applied’s needs are met
- Partner with Corporate Benefits on renewal negotiations and pooling arrangements, manage benefits and wellness programs; host events with brokers and third-party solution providers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in rewards and recognition to continuously optimize our programs. Responsible for benefits compliance/local filings as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in compensation and benefits and with regional exposure
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and market practices related to compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experienced with marketing information about rewards programs using corporate standards, and re-directing individual inquiries to self-service and outsourced solutions.
