This role sits within the Revenue Analytics & Insights team providing essential and central business intelligence support, enabling business/commercial teams to focus on their core responsibilities.
About the RoleAs a Global Revenue Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact analytics and BI products, setting direction, orchestrating delivery, and raising capability across the team. You will run a small portfolio of initiatives, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, while ensuring consistent standards in data quality, documentation, and stakeholder outcomes.
You will partner with senior stakeholders across Revenue and adjacent functions to clarify the “so what”, translate business needs into a measurable analytics roadmap, and deliver scalable dashboards and insights. You will support other analysts, strengthening ways of working and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across concurrent projects.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Lead a portfolio of BI/analytics initiatives, owning prioritisation, scope, delivery plans, risks, and dependencies
Drive requirements discovery with stakeholders and converting needs into clear problem statements, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps
Develop, review, and maintain Tableau/PowerBI dashboards and insight packs ensuriing performance, usability, and governance standards
Establish and continuously improve team processes using best practices and project management methodologies (e.g., Kanban/Scrum)
Own project planning and delivery governance in Jira (backlog hygiene, sprint ceremonies, RAID logs) enabling cross-team alignment and follow-through
Maintain BI documentation and knowledge management on Confluence, standardising templates, process guides, and data definitions
Provide technical and analytical support to other analysts, design reviews, QA checks, and alignment to ensure consistency and quality across analysts’ outputs
Support stakeholders change management, training, adoption plans, communications, and measurement of usage/impact for BI products
Identify automation opportunities and scalable data solutions, partner with data/engineering teams to improve data access, reliability, and controls
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead without authority, facilitating alignment across functions and influencing senior stakeholders. You are highly process oriented with a proactive approach to standardisation, continuous improvement and governance (data quality, definitions, controls).
Previous skills & experience:-
Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI; SQL and Python preferred for automation and advanced analysis
Proven project/program management capability; planning, estimation, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery under ambiguity
Strong experience with Jira and Confluence for delivery management, documentation, and operational cadence
Experience training/supporting analysts (peer review, upskilling plans, setting standards, and enabling consistent delivery)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to synthesize complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights and decisions
Strong commercial acumen and outcome focus—connects analytics work to measurable business impact (e.g., revenue, margin, mix, conversion)
