Reporting to the Head of RGM Centre of Excellence, the Global Revenue Growth Manager will play a key role in supporting the group’s ambition of delivering VALUE ahead of VOLUME through the full range of Revenue Growth Management pillars:

  • Net-net Pricing
  • Promotional Effectiveness
  • Trade Terms Management
  • Mix Management

The Global Revenue Growth Manager will liaise with counterparts across the markets as well as HQ and brand companies to contribute to Pernod Ricard’s value growth objectives.

Your Key missions:

You will:

RGM Monitoring and Global Coordination

  • Lead the adoption of RGM monitoring rhythm within markets, providing a concrete vision of RGM stakes in the group.
  • Lead KPI reviews with markets in scope to assess local context and providing solutions based on appropriate metrics and methodologies to address business needs.
  • Flag discrepancies on key RGM metrics with clear calls to actions and well-defined roadmaps to bridge gaps vs. strategy.
  • Identify RGM initiatives that can be deployed at scale to accelerate upskilling of RGMs within affiliates, enabling sustained development and performance.
  • Collaborate with other global stakeholders (i.e. Finance, Global Markets, Global Trade Intelligence and brand companies) to avoid overlaps and enable an efficient flow of information.
  • Increase the affiliates’ level of engagement across the RGM sphere, embedding best practices and fostering collaboration.

Reduce the impact from GMA for the group

  • Facilitate the establishment of clear GMA governance and mitigation with the Global Trade Intelligence and Global Markets teams.
  • Lead engagement with markets and brand companies, utilizing economic intelligence from Global Trade Intelligence to enable RGM actions.
  • Provide visibility of global floor pricing policies and adherence in accordance with the mitigation of parallel trade.
  • Lead recurring updates on RGM mitigation efforts and challenges to top management with clear action plans.

  • You have a bachelor or Master’s degree in Business/Finance (Commercial Finance background) ; Project Management Certification or consulting/commercial experience a plus.
  • You have minimum 6 years of relevant business experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • You are fluent in English. Another language would be an advantage.
  • You demonstrate experience playing key roles in complex commercial and finance projects.
  • You can build strong relationships with other key stakeholders.
  • You are results driven, with proven attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and personal and organisation skills.
  • You have the ability to work in a high-paced environment, respecting deadlines and conflicting priorities.
