Global Research - Municipals Research Analyst

Job Description
An exciting opportunity to work in US Municipals Research team within the Global Research business. Municipals Research team is responsible for publishing market analytics and commentary for investors and issuers in the public finance market.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability to assist in Municipal Research. The individual will take ownership of various Municipal Research processes ensuring smooth research reports generation on ongoing basis and take complete ownership of buildout of the new reports and processes by working with senior analyst and the tech team.

• Work with senior analyst to manage generation of various Municipal research publications
• Take complete ownership of munis research processes and ensuring smooth run of the processes on daily basis and escalate to technology team and senior analyst in case of issues and find resolution.
• Developed good understanding of Municipal research data and collaborate with Tech team to build new reports as per business requirement.

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, preferably in computer science or information technology, other Data Science/Analytics fields
• Strong programming skills especially in Python.
• Good to knowledge of RDBMS and Oracle is desirable.
• Good knowledge of Java will be a plus.
• Confident, clear communicator across all levels of seniority, with strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong and effective organization skills and ability to balance priorities
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
