Job Purpose
The Ops Excellence – Reporting & Analytics Specialist plays a key role in enabling global operational excellence by delivering accurate, automated, insightful reporting across OPTICS layers (Engage, Perform, Manage). The role ensures standardized reporting, robust data governance, actionable insights, and support for Global Continuous Improvement (CI) & Governance activities.
The position directly supports global hubs and markets by transforming raw data into meaningful intelligence that drives decisions, performance optimization, and compliance.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
A. Reporting Framework Development & Dashboard Ownership
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards under the OPTICS 4‑Layer Reporting Framework across Engage, Perform, and Manage layers.
- Develop structured reporting experiences including executive scorecards, regional performance tabs, adoption dashboards, and case‑level operational deep dives.
- Support reporting for Operations, Hubs Transformation, CI & Compliance, and People Operations performance.
B. Data Management, Quality & Governance
- Lead end‑to‑end processes for data extraction, transformation (Power Query/Dataflows), validation, refresh cycles, and scheduled publishing.
- Ensure data quality through manual validation, triangulation with local reports, and alignment with global governance standards.
- Contribute to global Data Governance by reducing manual interventions, increasing automation, and enabling scalable solutions.
C. Operational Excellence & Transformation Support
- Support hubs and markets with daily performance visibility, case-level insights, and transformation reporting, especially for TA processes.
D. Continuous Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities for automation, consolidation, and elimination of manual reports across hubs.
- Support the CI team in evaluating requests, validating metrics, and implementing dashboard enhancements.
- Enhance dashboard usability, performance, and scalability through Power BI best practices.
E. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Work with Global Ops Excellence Leadership, hub leads, CI & Governance teams, and data owners to align KPIs, insights, and performance priorities.
- Communicate performance trends and risks effectively to a diverse group of stakeholders.
F. Technical Expertise & Tool Ownership
- Build and optimize dashboards using Power BI, Power Query, Dataflows, DAX, and structured data models.
What You Need to Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
• Strong experience with Power BI (Dataflows, DAX, M Query, advanced modeling).
• Hands-on experience with reporting frameworks, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
• Knowledge of data governance, ETL processes, and quality validation.
• Experience with SharePoint, Excel (advanced), and transformation tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Influential communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work in global cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
