Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Global & Non-Tech roles
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for international positions, working closely with global hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines and candidate networks
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage
- Maintain and update candidate and recruitment-related records
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Support recruitment-related events and initiatives (career fairs, networking events, etc.)
- Support People & Culture processes when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong interest in People & Culture functions and willingness to take responsibility from day one
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and proactive
- A can-do mindset with strong problem-solving skills
