About the Role:

Job Title: Global Recruiter (Sweden, UK & US)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

The Opportunity: We're seeking a proactive Global Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States. Based in Sweden, This role will work to attract, assess, and hire top talent, requiring a strategic mindset and strong understanding of international recruitment practices and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Global Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers in the US, UK, and Sweden to understand hiring needs. Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, manage the candidate experience, and handle offers and negotiations.

  • International Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment laws (US, UK, Sweden) and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR). Advise on visa/immigration requirements.

  • Employer Branding: Promote our employer value proposition and contribute to strengthening our global employer brand.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and report on progress.

  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing market intelligence on talent availability and compensation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven full-cycle recruiting experience of minimum 5 Years, with significant focus on international hiring (Sweden, UK and US region)

  • Global Acumen: Good understanding of cultural nuances and employment practices across Sweden, UK, and US.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.  Fluency in Swedish (written and verbal) is preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, results-driven, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global environment.
