Job Description
Join our team to support Real Estate functions of Portfolio Management, Design & Construction and Property Management teams.
As a Program Manager within Global Real Estate (GRE), you will support the GRE functions of Portfolio Management, Design & Construction and Property Management teams, engaging in key initiatives that are top priority to the group and the firm. You will partner with team members in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of major projects and initiatives at varying stages. In this role, you will leverage your strong program management and presentation skills that include stakeholder engagement, while navigating through tollgates of ideation, funding, planning, and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Program Management strategy for identified projects in the Global Real Estate strategy, aligning with the organization's overall business goals.
  • Provide leadership and partnership, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand their needs and ensure project solutions align with their change management objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between development and project managers, consultants, partners and project teams and senior leadership, providing regular updates on project progress and technology initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication is maintained for all GRE initiatives across all cross-functional teams including annual Major Event Planning Calendar coordination process.
  • Learn and utilize GRE process improvement and standardization initiatives

Stay abreast of industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance the organization's capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to optimize technology solutions and processes.
  • Participate in vendor management and consultant selection as needed
  • Develop and propose budget for real estate initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 8+ years of aligned Real Estate Program Management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding and successful application of property management processes and general construction terminology
  • Proven experience in program management and vendor management solutions in a complex organizational environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
