Wolt’s Ads & Promotions organization’s mission is to turn partner investment into measurable, scalable growth for merchants, customers and the platform. We’re building a unified ecosystem that connects Ads, Promos and Rewards through product, automation and disciplined commercial execution — and promotions are the engine that will drive merchant-funded growth and stronger platform economics.

We’re hiring a senior leader to own global promotions: strategy, product, measurement and operations. You’ll design solution-oriented promo products (self-serve and enterprise), build the regional operating model and centralized capabilities, run a program of trials and pilots, and create auditable billing & compliance processes so promotions can scale across markets while delivering demonstrable merchant ROI. Success in this role is measured by merchant-funded promo revenue and % of GOV, clear positive incrementality, higher merchant participation and reliable, auditable promo operations.


What you’ll be doing
  • Define and own the global promotions strategy and roadmap that integrates with Ads and Rewards, translating the 2026 Ads & Promos ambition into deliverables.
  • Lead product and solution delivery for merchant promo surfaces (e.g., Deals Hub, Offer Assistant, evergreen campaigns, occasion-based deals), prioritizing levers that increase merchant ROI and platform health.
  • Own measurement, incrementality and reporting: establish definitions (iROAS, iGOV/VP), run A/B/incrementality experiments and deliver dashboards and benchmarks for global, regional and local stakeholders.
  • Build and run the operational backbone: billing, settlements, approvals, auditability and compliance across markets to reduce invoicing friction and regulatory risk.
  • Drive commercial adoption: partner with Account Management, Enterprise Sales and CRM to embed promos into AM playbooks, telesales, incentives and automated CRM flows to grow participation and promo € per merchant.
  • Run central trials and activation budgets, scale winners and lead a small global team while hiring and enabling regional promo leads.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
  • Work with the Product organization to deliver the Promotions Roadmap
  • Work with Global, Regional and local operations team to ensure that your strategy is being deployed in our 33 markets and driving the desired outcomes
  • Work with the Global Ads & Promos support functions in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Analytics etc to bring your plans to life.
  • Meet our partners in local markets to get first hand user feedback on our products and plan your upcoming releases
Our humble expectations
  • 8+ years of experience in product, commercial or operations leadership roles in commerce/marketplace, retail media, food delivery or growth marketing with direct ownership of promotions or incentive programs.
  • Proven track record launching and scaling merchant-funded promotions or promo/ad products that moved adoption, revenue and merchant ROI.
    Deep measurement experience: owned incrementality testing, attribution, iROAS/iGOV metrics and partnered with analytics/data engineering to deliver experiments and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience building operational/billing processes for financed promotions or advertising products, ensuring auditability and tight settlements.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership: experience working with Engineering, Product, Analytics, Finance, CRM, Legal & Sales to ship complex, regulated products.
  • Commercial and analytical mindset: comfortable with merchant economics, subsidy/co-funding design and P&L tradeoffs.
  • Data/AI fluency: experience working with data science/ML teams or with ML-based recommenders (or a strong appetite to lead ML-backed product initiatives).
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work across time zones; ability to travel internationally
