Job Description- Job Title - Global Project Manager
- Job Type - Permanent
- Location - Katowice, Poland (hybrid model)
- Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Salary - 200,000 PLN per annum
- Languages - Fluent in English both written and verbal
As the Global Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role will sit within the Finance team. You must be able to get into the office based in Katowice as and when required.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global finance projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets across multiple regions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations, and external vendors) to drive standardization, process improvements, and system implementations.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, risk assessments, and financial tracking, proactively resolving issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
- Communicate progress and key insights to senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting, governance, and decision-making support
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience working with Waterfall methodology as well as Agile methodology. If you are from a shared service background or finance driven environment - this would be a great advantage.
You will also have the following qualification / experience -
- Bachelors / Masters Degree
- Project Management Certification - such as PMP / Prince 2
- Experience with ERP's
- E - Invoicing experience
- Dealing with CI - six Sigma / new technologies
