Job Summary & Responsibilities

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
As a part of BPR&DX, responsible for taking project management role for Global HC transformation and other multiple projects collaborating with the business process champion as business owner, and business process architecture team.
Focus on business value delivery, enable stakeholders to scope the value of end-to-end business process and take appropriate business decisions in a timely manner.
As a project manager, responsible for driving and leading the project team, collaborating with internal members and customers for smooth and on-time delivery at checkpoints of each phase such as:

  • Business case (value, ROI of the project)
  • Target Operating Model around process, data, governance, tool/solution and organization
  • Tool/solution evaluation and implementation.
  • Communication
  • Prepare and execute change management
  • Addressing stabilization phase, enhance and validate of project achievement for signoff.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive Project manager experience, ideally in Transformation projects
  • Human Capital experience, either having worked in Human Capital / Human Resources or having managed HR Transformation project
  • Good global communication skill in English. Japanese is a plus.
  • Diversity & Inclusion management skill
  • Leadership
  • Project management skill, experience in applying project management tools and methods
  • Teamwork - must be able to lead a number of CROSS-BUSINESS teams in getting their respective jobs done
  • Ability to convert requirements into action items
  • Effective planning and organization skills

Additional Skills Preferred

  • Change Manager expereince
  • Agile and Scrum master, Product Onwer experience or knowledge
  • Business Architect experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, HC, Engineering or comparable.
  • Business or process analyst certification such as Lean Six Sigma
