Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale technology projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, external partners, and key stakeholders while driving project governance, risk management, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution. The Project Manager oversees all phases of project delivery, including planning, testing, deployment, cutover, and hyper care, ensuring successful business adoption and a smooth transition to operations. The role requires experience delivering SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA projects, including Finance processes, integrations, data migration, and global deployments.

Your Key Responsibilities:  

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:  

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of internal and outsourced projects, ensuring successful execution from project initiation through deployment, hyper care, and transition to operations.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, vendors, and implementation partners, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and overall delivery outcomes.

  • Drive effective project governance, including stakeholder management, status reporting, decision tracking, risk and issue management, dependency management, and escalation handling.

  • Coordinate all project phases, including requirements validation, design, testing, data migration, cutover planning, deployment, and business readiness activities.

  • Ensure alignment with project management methodologies, organizational standards, security and compliance requirements, and SAP delivery best practices, as required.

 

What you’ll bring to the role:  

Essential Requirements:  

  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT financial projects in global, multi-country environments.

  • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including external system integrators and consulting partners.

  • Strong project financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.

  • Demonstrated experience managing project risks, stakeholder expectations, organizational change, and complex delivery challenges.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP implementation processes, including design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support.

  • Fluent English language
