Labcorp is seeking a Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead to join our team in Malaysia.


Job Summary:

The Adoption and Enablement Lead is an enterprise change management representative for initiatives impacting Global Project Management. The Adoption and Enablement Lead is responsible for organizational adoption, behavioral change, business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and realization of transformation benefits.

Responsible for driving adoption and utilization targets up to and

including:

  • Measure business readiness and organizational effectiveness
  • Identify and remove barriers to successful implementation
  • Establish leadership accountability for change adoption
  • Monitor benefits realization a􀅌er implementation
  • Coach leaders on change advocacy and communication
  • Prepare leaders for critical transformation milestones and
  • messaging
  • Facilitate executive alignment across functions and geographies

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational and transformation goals impacting Global Project Management
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate change management activities into project and program plans
  • Design and execute strategic communication plans tailored to specific projects and target audiences that promote change readiness and adoption
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns
  • Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change and communication efforts
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve change management and communication strategies
  • Evaluate organizational readiness and define mitigation actions for change risks impacting Global Project Management
  • Partner with Process Governance to assess impacts to operating models, roles, responsibilities, and processes
  • Create communication materials and enablement assets, training strategies, and adoption tools to support change initiatives
  • Establish and manage champion networks and support training delivery execution
  • Establish mitigation plans for adoption, capability, and capacity risks
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or equivalent advanced education preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant organizational change management experience
  • Hands-on experience delivering impact assessments, training, and communications
  • Experience leveraging technology as an enabler of transformation. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading and coaching senior leaders and project teams
  • Experience managing workstreams or initiatives within largescale, complex transformations
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Change Management Institute certification
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related project/program management certifications

  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive innovative solutions
  • Excellent writien, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with senior leaders
