Provide technical support for international organizations and strategic customer projects
Conduct tests, analyses, and expert training for internal teams and customers
Contribute to product development and market introduction of new solutions
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation
Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D and Production for special tools
Technical degree or equivalent experience in machining and industrial applications
Excellent English skills and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
Strong knowledge in project and process management with a business-oriented mindset
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, team player attitude
High willingness to travel (up to 50%) and confident professional presence
Proactive approach to market and customer needs
