Join us in Turku as the Global Product Manager for Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT). As the product manager you will lead the product strategy to deliver innovative solutions through scientific knowledge, strategic relationships and market scouting. You will oversee your product lines product development and execution end-to-end and at global level, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams - including R&D, Operations, Sales and Marketing – to ensure new products (NPI) and the overall Product Lifecycle Management respond to corporate profitability guidelines. Support sales enablement through product training and technical support to enable continuous revenue growth and optimal customer satisfaction.   

  

Key Responsibilities  

  

PRODUCT STRATEGY AND EXECUTION  

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and strategy  

  • Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape   

  • Govern strategic customer networks for solution-oriented partnerships; translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories  

  • Owner of global product lifecycle end-to-end   

  • Lead new product launches, through coordination of cross functional efforts during the NPI Business Case Management and Approval Process  

  • Lead Sales Enablement through collaboration with marketing, supporting product training and strategic Technical Support escalations  

  

PRODUCT FINANCIAL OWNERSHIP  

Responsible globally for product end-to-end financial performance 

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic market analysis and scientific innovation.  

  • Drive product global pricing strategy and alignment with annual budget targets  

  • Govern financial profitability of owned product lines through solid NPI Business Case Management   

  

  

DRIVE COLLABORATION  

  • Collaborate with R&D, operations and QRC to ensure products are developed to meet user requirements, on time and with high quality standards  

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure Product Strategy alignment to Marketing Strategy and Regional Marketing Plans and execution  

  

  

Required competences  

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in role relevant field, such as genomics or molecular biology  

  • MBA or any other business qualification is desirable  

  • Previous experience in working with molecular technologies or Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) either at lab or sales/product management/market development role.  

  • At least 5+ years in Product Management or Sales, marketing, R&D or related function  

  • Strong relationship building skills, with ability to influence remote groups across global geographies, with internal and external customers  

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects  

  • Enthusiasm, Drive, initiative and a can-do attitude   

  • English Business Fluent  

  • Excellent  communication / presentation skills in verbal and written communications  

  • Strong financial acumen: builds and manages realistic growth AOP/budgets, delivers accurate forecasts, optimizes pricing strategies, and demonstrates full command of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
