The Team 

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Simulation at Logitech G.  You will be working with team members across the globe, many of whom have been working in this fast-growing category for many years.  This is a cross-functional team, with expertise in engineering, software, marketing and launch planning, all with the goal of helping sim racers enjoy their chosen hobby or profession.

The Role

The Product Manager will drive the definition, execution, and delivery of Simulation products used across PC and console. The role includes understanding the simulation category with the ability to identify opportunities and consumer requirements, through a combination of knowledge, intuition, market research, internal feedback and cooperation with our Consumer Insights team.  

You will be capable of influencing and contributing to the product strategy and roadmap, enhancing its feature set, and working with cross-functional teams to create the products in said roadmap.  Succinctly, the product manager’s role is to choose the right product to develop and then work with the team to make sure that the product is right.

  • Define and deliver the Logitech simulation product roadmap.

  • Develop detailed product requirements for products.

  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and software teams to deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs.

  • Work with the Head of Simulation, Marketing and Go-to-market teams to execute a scalable simulation product vision. 

    • Agreed product strategy with Head of Sim.

    • Communication of product benefits and messaging with Marketing.

    • Business Case Financials, including forecasting with Go-to-market.

  • Creation of user manuals, support FAQs and recommended settings for simulation products, both for new product introductions and as a reaction to issues as part of the product lifecycle monitoring.

  • Communicate product status, key issues, and launch plans to stakeholders, including the executive team.

  • Continue to monitor products throughout the lifecycle, including issues, consumer feedback etc. 

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with first party partners for product submissions and platform changes.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar Product Management or adjacent role.

  • Enthusiasm and experience in simulation gaming and/or real world racing/flight is very beneficial, but not a requirement.

  • Ability to communicate complicated concepts to both technical and non-technical people.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ambitious, hands-on, with a can-do attitude.

  • Intuition for end-user product quality needs.

  • Love for solving technical problems in creative ways.
