Global Product Manager – SAW Wire & Flux
This role leads the Sub Arc (SAW) Wire and Flux product categories as a business unit. You will manage the product portfolio, deliver new product initiatives for ESAB globally, help drive margin growth, and develop strategies to expand market share. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strategic execution skills to turn insights into impactful business results.
What You’ll be doing:
Develop and execute global product strategies and roadmaps to strengthen portfolio performance.
Translate customer insights (VOC) and market trends into innovation and improvement projects.
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure product success from concept to launch.
Lead product lifecycle management, driving cost efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Support regional teams with product positioning, go-to-market planning, and key customer engagements.
Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
What we are looking for:
8+ years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or industrial technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred).
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Proficiency in business finance and portfolio optimization.
Curious, agile, and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation.
