As a Global Product Manager in our Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE) business unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability, and compliance for a strategic product portfolio within our Visp production network. You will own the product lifecycle and portfolio strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure sustainable solutions that align with customer needs and market trends. Essential Job FunctionsOwn and execute product strategy for assigned portfolios, focusing on margin improvement, cost efficiency, and asset utilization
Define product roadmap and contribute to capital investment decisions and asset footprint planning
Drive pricing excellence and portfolio optimization; enable sales with pricing tools and training
Collaborate with commercial teams to gather and share market insights
Lead cost optimization initiatives across production, sourcing, and logistics
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance and resolve customer complaints with preventive measures
Support S&OP, demand planning, and supply continuity
Master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business & Economics preferred, or equivalent proven experience
Min. 5+ years of experience in the chemical industry with advanced knowledge of product management
Fluent in German and English
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset
Proven ability to manage P&L, pricing strategies, and cost optimization
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
