What you’ll do

As a Data Management Product Lead in our Product department, you’ll have the chance to:  

  • Lead and expand a unified Data Management and LLMOps framework, ensuring all MiQ functions—across engineering, analytics, data science, and ad operations—have secure, scalable, and ethical access to data, models, and insights.
  • Architect and manage automated data pipelines for onboarding, cleansing, and processing both structured and unstructured data, leveraging advanced AI/agentic automation for continuous optimization.
  • Oversee the adoption and execution of Agentic AI in data workflows; define and scale LLMOps best practices, ensuring seamless orchestration, monitoring, and updating of AI models (especially LLMs) used throughout MiQ products and services.
  • Drive implementation and expansion of privacy-enhancing technologies, such as data clean rooms, federated learning, privacy-preserving data matching, and other advanced Adtech integration patterns.
  • Embed robust data governance policies across the data and AI lifecycle, including lineage, minimization, quality controls, regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, ISO, etc.), and AI-ethics frameworks.
  • Collaborate deeply with Product, Tech Leadership, Data Science, and Analytics to continually identify, assess, and deliver on emerging data and AI opportunities (multi-cloud infrastructure, synthetic data, AI agents for campaign management, etc.).
  • Champion MiQ’s “data as a product” culture, building awareness and enthusiasm for our advanced data and AI capabilities globally.
  • Provide executive reporting on goals, metrics, and progress—including the efficacy of AI-driven data management, cost oversight, and vendor engagement.
  • Foster innovation while prioritizing commercial value; rapidly evaluate agentic or LLM-powered solutions for feasibility, risk, and business alignment.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of next-generation product managers, engineers, and applied AI specialists.
  • Be a recognized industry thought leader on Data Management, Agentic AI, LLMOps, and Adtech best practices—internally and externally.

  • Vision for the future of AI-powered, privacy-first, and agentic data management in Adtech.
  • Track record of rolling out LLMOps frameworks, agent-based automations, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions in a commercial data setting.
  • Proven ability to balance innovation with commercial practicality—testing fast, failing smart, scaling what works.
  • Industry presence: Bringing new ideas from AI research, open source, and the privacy tech landscape into business practice.

Who are your stakeholders? 

  • The key set of people who will be consuming the data management features that you will help build our analysts, data scientists and product teams at MiQ, hence they will be your major stakeholders

What you’ll bring  

  • 10+ years in data management and product leadership, with demonstrable expertise in agentic AI, LLMOps, or advanced AI/ML productization in large-scale environments.
  • Direct experience owning and delivering enterprise-grade data management ecosystems and AI/LLM-powered solutions (preferably in Adtech or MarTech).
  • Deep familiarity with data governance for AI, including ethical frameworks, responsible innovation, synthetic data, and regulatory compliance in an AI-driven data stack.
  • Track record of leading the adoption of clean rooms, federated analytics, privacy-preserving data platforms, and raising the bar in programmatic transparency.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with contemporary data and ML stack (big data, ML pipelines, AI model monitoring, data observability tools, orchestrators like Airflow/Kubeflow, etc.).
  • Practiced at integrating and governing large-scale LLM pipelines: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model auditing, and orchestrating multi-model environments for productized use-cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and scale high-performing, multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, iterative product settings.
  • Strong operational leadership, proven at collaborating and influencing at C-level and in cross-functional global environments.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of all relevant Adtech and MarTech topics: programmatic, 1st/3rd-party data architecture, identity solutions, data clean rooms, multi-cloud data strategy, etc.
