The PositionPosition Summary
The Global Product Lead Digital Hub (Lead) is responsible for the global delivery and strategic direction of Digital Marketing Services provided by Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) to support Communications & Digital Marketing Teams across Pharma, Diagnostics, and Group (Partners). This leadership position oversees a dynamic team of 250 professionals with significant growth potential, distributed across key locations: Budapest, Costa Rica, Kuala Lumpur, Riga, and Hyderabad/Chennai.
The Lead ensures exceptional service delivery, guides and empowers chapter leads (currently: Content Creation, Creative Design, Digital Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Website Management) in their operational responsibilities, and strategic Business Partners (Pharma and Dia&Group) to drive business development and senior stakeholder engagement for the Global Digital Hub.
The role emphasizes robust and high-quality service execution, including thorough documentation of process requirements, implementation through clear guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures, and driving efficiency improvements (including automation) in close collaboration with our Partners. The Lead will integrate external market insights and best practices to ensure Roche remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and refine the Global Digital Hub strategy, leading programs, initiatives, and resource allocation to ensure a positive and well-positioned corporate brand experience and a strong corporate identity across all chapters.
Team Management & Development: Lead and develop a growing team of 250+ professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery, fostering a motivated and engaged workforce, and supporting career growth within the team.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Establish and manage metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making, create content insights, and execute strategic plans. Ensure consistent reporting and improve content insights to optimize performance.
Strategic Partnership & Advisory: In collaboration with Strategic Business Partners, advance the Global Digital Hub, engage in strategic discussions with Partners, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Process Excellence & Governance: Implement and enforce business process management principles and establish a Center of Excellence, ensuring process adherence and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Further Requirements
University or College Degree.
10+ years of experience in digital operations for an agency or large-scale global business, with a proven track record in planning and executing complex digital business strategies.
8+ years of leadership experience, including 5+ years leading leaders.
Demonstrated experience in growing and developing teams within the digital marketing domain.
