Reporting to the Category Manager Fabricated Materials & Hartland Controls PFR, you as Global Procurement Program Leader will have project management responsibilities to support the team and overall governance by taking the coordination of duties and ensuring timely execution and monitoring of initiatives. This position is critical to organizational success, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while bringing structure, clarity, and process rigor on projects.
Key responsibilities include :
- Design a Project process assigning R&R and drive accountability for the project outcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal negotiation skills.
- This position will require some travel within North America , Asia & Europe.
About Your Job:
Plans and communicates aspects of project performance to team members and implements the vision and objectives. (15%)
Accountable for project results and execution , assiting in the oversight of project tasks, establishes and monitors milestones, and prepares progress reports.(30%)
Interfaces with a variety of disciplines and coordinates the work of functional units across the division and/or broader organization. (15%)
Owner for the project process including critical activities,timing and desired outcomes. (20%)
Accountable for the governance of the projects for EII. (20%)
About You:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, analytics, statistics or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in Project management or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Strong communication skill, rich project management skill.
Must be able to meet established deadlines
Able to lead cross-funtional team to work towards KPI and goals
Ability to interact and engage with peers with good communication skills.
Microsoft project
Self-management skills and self-started attitude.
Experience working with teams located in diverse regions (Europe & Asia).
English fluent verbally and written is a must.
Proficiency with ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience managing SAP.
