We are seeking a talented individual to join as a Global Procurement Analyst, based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. The role offers meaningful ownership across the procurement lifecycle, collaboration with international teams, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we will count on you to:
Drives compliance to GSP sourcing guidelines;
Assists stakeholders purchase indirect goods and services while coordinating with Vendors and ensure
value for every dollar spent by the organization;
Reviews Purchase Recquisition (PR) submitted by internal stakeholders and validates information;
Converts PR to Purchase Order (PO) after review;
Take compete ownership of the request across the PR-PO lifecycle; There can be multiple dependencies
on other teams and stakeholders while converting a PR-PO. This role should do all necessary follow ups
and ensure that PO is sent to supplier on time, with the right information;
Conducts daily huddle with the team and ensures team is updated on any process changes;
Works with managers and quality team to conduct refresher training sessions;
Manages daily workflow allocation, and prioritization of critical activities and requests;
Be the first point for escalation and process gaps;
Assists managers in various analysis and drive process change and documentation.
What you need to have:
Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Logstics and Supply Chain Management
At least 3 years of experience in similar field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
Familiarity with procurement software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
