Global Process Supervisor

Our team is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Global Process Supervisor supporting Healthcare Logistic & Distribution processes. If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please take a look at the list of qualifications below.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize and drive global finance process optimization and standardization initiatives.
- Lead and support the project.
- Manage and track progress against project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
- Work directly with business partners, external vendors, and IT teams.
- Prepare process mapping, system design and user requirements.
- Develop and implement procedures, rules, manuals/DLPs and plans.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of F&A processes: AR, Collections.
- Project Management skills will be an advantage.
- HighRadius system knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attention to details, ability to analyze different figures & data.
- At least six months employment track at current position in UPS
- high english proficiency
