Job Description

Mejor accountabilities:

  • Define and own the global Manufacturing Execution processes and solutions, ensuring standardization across the Operations network.

  • Define the strategy for Manufacturing Execution processes within the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program, supporting the implementation of a single global Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP S/4HANA). Scope includes: order creation, execution and closure; material staging and consumption; serialization; and related master data management (resources, material master, bill of materials, master recipe, production version).

  • Partner with Global Process Owners for Production Scheduling, Production Finance, Quality Batch Release, Logistics and Warehouse to ensure seamless alignment and end‑to‑end process integration.

  • Define, maintain, and sustain business process and data standards for the Manufacturing Execution domain, in close collaboration with business functions and IT solution providers.

  • Govern and prioritize process change and enhancement requests—approving or rejecting proposals based on business value, compliance, and standardization principles. Determine when deviations or non‑standard local solutions are acceptable based on risk and business impact.

  • Promote the adoption of global standards to increase consistency, harmonization, and efficiency across the network.

  • Ensure complete and current global documentation for Manufacturing Execution processes and related data models.

  • Assess process maturity across sites and lead improvement roadmaps to elevate network performance.

  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and governance mechanisms that ensure effective process ownership at global and site levels.

  • Lead and grow the global Manufacturing Execution community to share best practices, discuss improvement opportunities, and drive alignment. Act as the primary point of contact for global and local teams on process performance; build knowledge‑sharing mechanisms and a strong succession pipeline.

  • Identify and lead operational excellence opportunities using internal insights (“Voice of Customer”) and external benchmarking. Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the processes within scope.

  • Define implementation requirements for the onboarding of new markets into serialization, aggregation and reporting to Health Authorities systems according to market regulations. Standardize current and future models. Stay current of prospect regulation changes.

  • Define processes at manufacturing and supply chain to ensure compliance, adherence to standards and seamless operational activities in regard to serialization/aggregation. Liaise with distribution and warehouse, master data, life cycle management to ensure end-to-end process alignment and improvement opportunities.

  • Define KPIs for operational performance, as well as lead the automation and AI roadmap for SPT.


Experience:   

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including hands‑on field exposure across different levels of responsibility. Minimum 3 years of experience in serialization and product tracking.

  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution processes and their integration with ERP systems.

  • Strong end‑to‑end knowledge of Technical Operations processes, including their interdependencies across planning, production, quality, supply chain, and finance.

  • Process domain knowledge and expertise in product serialization and track and trace in pharmaceutical industry. Extensive experience in major serialization markets: US, Europe, China, Russia.

  • Significant experience with SAP, SAP ATTP, SAP ICH
